Since 1995, Silver Tree founders Paul Gardner and Alan Moore have been investing together in real estate development opportunities throughout Texas. Since that founding, we have achieved our mission by creating and maintaining a corporate culture that is opportunistic, creative and visionary in its approach to real estate investments and developments. The secret to our success lies in creating additional value which translates to above average investment returns. Over the years, Silver Tree Partners has assimilated a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, retail, office and industrial developments located in some of the area’s most affluent and fastest growing communities.

2003 Fund I

SilverTree Partners created Silver Tree Realty Fund 2003, LP (“Fund I”), a private equity fund created to participate in the purchase, development, re-development, and sale of commercial real estate assets.

2004 Fund II

SilverTree Partners followed up with Silver Tree Realty Fund II, LP (“Fund II”) to invest in prime retail, office, and mixed use properties.

2005 Fund III

SilverTree Partners announced the formation of Silver Tree Realty Fund III (“Fund III”) projected to acquire commercial real estate opportunities.
