Paul A. Gardner (Founding Partner) is a 40 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He began his real estate career at Transland Management Corporation, where his responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations of several million square feet of commercial property located throughout Texas. In1983, Mr. Gardner founded Texas Commercial Properties, Inc., a Dallas real estate firm. He later founded Kimsport Financial Group, which has completed several successful commercial developments in North Texas.

As a principal of Silver Tree Partners, Paul Gardner is responsible for overseeing the commercial real estate development process including site selection, acquisition, contract negotiations, as well as supervising the architectural and engineering process. He is a member of the Texas Real Estate Council and Plano Developers Council, Federation of Greater Dallas Appropriations Committee, and a past member of the National Coalition for Drug Free School Zones in Washington, D.C., The United States Olympic Fundraising Committee and served on the Board of Directors for Security National Bank of Garland. A native of Dallas, Mr. Gardner earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
