Brett H. Williams (Principal) has an extensive real estate background that includes tenant representation, office leasing, real estate development and acquisitions. He began his real estate career at Henry S. Miller Company, where he was a member of the land and investment acquisition team for three years. In 1999, he joined Electronic Data Systems as a financial analyst in the Real Estate Department. While at EDS, Mr. Williams was recruited by Duggan Realty Advisors to conduct land sales, tenant representation and the oversight of tenant finish out construction.

As a partner of SilverTree Partners, Brett Williams is responsible for overseeing the disposition and leasing of properties owned by the various partnerships. He negotiates tenant contracts, assists in space planning and coordinates the work of outside engineers, architects and contractors. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas, member of the Texas Real Estate Council, North Texas Commercial Area Realtors and is active with Big Brothers of America and the National Cancer Foundation. A native of Dallas, Mr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
